EL5021 EtherCAT端子用于直接连接具有正弦差分电压输出1 VPP的测量探针或编码器。可以评估250 kHz的输入频率。当前计数器读数可以通过编码器的C轨道归零（重置）或单独存储，C轨道也称为参考标记。通过端子连接点直接向编码器提供5V电源。EL5021是对输入信号进行幅度和频率误差检测。
